Cobra Learning is now available at: cobra.parkland.edu Outlook email is now available at: portal.office.com Users will need to use these direct links to access these services at this time. We have implemented additional measures to enhance and strengthen our security processes, including enabling multifactor authentication for email access. As a result, email users will be asked to provide a cell phone number upon their initial logon. A Parkland Knowledge Base article on Multi Factor Authentication Set-Up is now available to assist users with this process. The entire Parkland Knowledge Base has also been restored and is available at: kb.parkland.edu The return of these services is part of our comprehensive response to an incident discovered April 27th that disrupted a number of technology services. A thorough investigation is underway with the assistance of outside experts. Parkland Campus Technologies is focused on restoring operations as quickly and as safely as possible. We will communicate with you as additional technology services become available. The Parkland Tech Service Desk is available by calling 353-3333 during the following hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 9:00pm Friday 7:30am - 3:00pm Saturday 10:00am - 2:00pm No Sunday Hours Students should be advised that the deadline for course withdrawal and to request a CR/NC grading option has been extended from May 1 to May 8, 2020. We will provide additional information on how students can request either option in a follow-up message.
